Our coaches don't just teach the game — they live it. From Spain to the US, from goalkeeping coaches to technical directors, every person on our staff is here because they believe in what youth soccer can do for a kid. They are constant learners, demanding, and genuinely invested in every player they work with.
B.S. in Physical Fitness and UEFA PRO License. Started his coaching career in Barcelona, coaching for Manlleu and Vic before moving overseas. Head coach in LaLiga projects in China (Changsha and Shanghai), Senior Coach for Juventus and BVB, and Senior Coach for RCD Espanyol de Barcelona in local and international projects. Moved to Dallas in 2023 as Technical Director for LaLiga Academy Dallas.
USYS-trained coach and former NCAA Division I goalkeeper. Head coach of Brazos Valley Cavalry (UPSL), assistant coach at Corpus Christi FC (USL2), and director of goalkeeping at Brazos Valley Cavalry Youth Academy. Scouted for the Philadelphia Union. Coached with South Texas ODP and PGK Academy. Former player at Real Valladolid, IONA College, and University of Delaware. Holds U.S. Soccer 'C' license.
Progressed through every stage of the North Texas Soccer system including Classic League and ECNL. Competed at the Dallas Cup and national championships. Playing career includes UPSL and LaLiga Academy's U21 system, which led to a coaching role with LaLiga Academy Dallas. Brings international coaching experience from PSG Canada.
Born and raised in Brazil, Thaiza developed her love for soccer from a young age. Played collegiate soccer at Paul Quinn College and earned her degree in the US. Brings experience from PSG Academy Camps and brings a natural enthusiasm for working with young players, committed to helping them build skills and confidence on the field.
Played at recreational, select, and high school levels before competing at the collegiate level and in the UPSL and MPL. Coaching career began after playing in LaLiga Academy's U21 system. Continued collaborating with LaLiga Academy on football development projects. Brings elite international experience supporting coaching staff from PSG and Arsenal.
Originally from Venezuela, Alberto has been deeply involved in US soccer for over 15 years — as a player, coach, and parent. A true student of the game, he brings passion, insight, and a steady presence to the field, always ready to support coaches and players in their continued development.
