Head coach in different academies and LALIGA projects in China (Changsha and Shangai). He also worked as a Senior Coach for Juventus and BVB.

Senior coach for RCD Espanyol de Barcelona in Local and International Projects.

Moved to Dallas in 2023 to work as a Technical Director for LALIGA ACADEMY Dallas.

VALLADOLID, SPAIN

DIRECTOR OF GOALKEEPING | HEAD COACH

USYS-trained coach and former NCAA Division I goalkeeper with extensive experience in coaching, scouting, and goalkeeper development across U.S. youth, collegiate, and semi-professional levels.

He served as head coach of Brazos Valley Cavalry (UPSL), assistant coach at Corpus Christi FC (USL2), and director of goalkeeping at Brazos Valley Cavalry Youth Academy, where he developed multiple collegiate and national team goalkeepers.

He has scouted for the Philadelphia Union and coached with South Texas ODP and PGK Academy.

A former player at Real Valladolid, IONA College, and the University of Delaware, he also holds U.S. Soccer “C” license.

DALLAS, TEXAS

HEAD COACH

With a strong background in competitive youth soccer, this coach progressed through every stage of the North Texas Soccer system, including the Classic League and ECNL. He competed at the highest levels, representing his teams at prestigious tournaments such as the Dallas Cup and national championships.

His playing career also includes time in the UPSL and participation in LALIGA ACADEMY’s U21 system, which led to a coaching opportunity with the LALIGA ACADEMY Dallas.

Additionally, he brings international coaching experience from his time with PSG in Canada. His journey from player to coach reflects a deep understanding of player development and a passion for guiding the next generation.

Born and raised in Brazil, Thaiza developed a passion for soccer from a young age. Her love for the game brought her to the United States, where she played collegiate soccer at Paul Quinn College and earned her degree.

Now beginning her coaching journey, Coach Thaiza brings valuable experience from working with PSG Academy Camps and is currently part of the coaching staff at Pegasus. She has a natural enthusiasm for working with young children and is committed to helping them develop both skills and confidence on the field.

Oskar began his soccer journey playing at the recreational, select, and high school levels, eventually earning opportunities to compete at the collegiate level. He continued his playing career in the UPSL and MPL, gaining valuable experience in the semi-professional ranks.

His coaching career launched in Dallas after playing under the LALIGA ACADEMY’s U21 system. Following a successful season, Oskar continued collaborating with LALIGA ACADEMY on various football development projects, steadily growing into a leadership role.

Oskar also brings elite international experience, having supported coaching staff from renowned clubs such as PSG and Arsenal.

Jaden brings a lifelong passion for sports and youth development to the program. With experience playing and coaching a variety of sports—including baseball and soccer— he focuses on building teamwork, confidence, and fundamental skills in a fun, supportive environment. A dedicated sports enthusiast, Jaden is excited to share that energy and love of the game with young players.

Originally from Venezuela, Coach Alberto has been deeply involved in U.S. soccer for over 15 years. His experience spans every angle of the game — as a player, coach, and parent — giving him a well-rounded perspective on youth development.

A true student of the game, Coach Alberto brings passion, insight, and a steady presence to the field. He is always ready to support coaches and players in their continued development, sharing his knowledge whenever and wherever it's needed.
